What do you think? It is a version of Rolf.

kitsmummy · 12/01/2013 18:22

definitely a fat boy. So, No.

MarmaladeSkies · 12/01/2013 18:20

I'll be the lone voice.I love it.

hatebeak · 12/01/2013 18:19

Given the trend for boys' names ending in "o" - Milo, Arlo, Otto - you'd be ahead of the curve a bit with Rollo.

MadBusLady · 12/01/2013 18:18

King Rollo was ace!

No, though. Sorry.

Roland? I like Roly as a nn.

iseenodust · 12/01/2013 18:16

I knew a giant chocolate poodle of that name.

I don't see how it's different to names like Ivo, which everyone seems to like?

King Rollo was brilliant! Don't you remember he could walk up trees perpendicularly? It's not like Pob, or something.

King Rollo wasn't a good role model either. Infantile and prone to endless tantrums, as I remember - so unlike some cartoon characters, this one invites ridicule, I'm afraid.

MadameCastafiore · 12/01/2013 18:08

Life will be a fucking nightmare if little Rollo is fat!

Chottie · 12/01/2013 18:08

Please think very carefully - he will be forever associated with the sweets of the same name......

p.s. I know it is NOMB, but there are lots of other boy's names........

TillyTommyTootToot · 12/01/2013 18:07

Do you love anyone enough to give them your last.........

HollyGoHeavily · 12/01/2013 18:07

Not great if they are not one of life's thin people.....

PoppyWearer · 12/01/2013 18:06

King Rollo was a kids' cartoon in the 80's - anyone old enough to remember that like me will make the association.
