So a no, then? Grin

I just have no ideas for a boys name to follow James. Thought James Tate sounded quite nice but maybe not. DP didn't like either.

No

gymboywalton · 27/07/2012 10:48

it is awful-ugly and scallyish

UnimaginitiveDadThemedUsername · 27/07/2012 10:46

Chavtastic.

Sorry, but you did ask.

wigglesrock · 27/07/2012 10:37

I thought Tayto too Grin, Tate is alright, makes me think of Little Man Tate or the actor Tate Donovan.

MammaTonic · 27/07/2012 10:24

Not to my tastes, OP, but I prefer Tate to Tayte. I assume this would be for a boy?

No.

DawnOfTheDee · 27/07/2012 09:29

Not my favourite (I'm assuming this is for a boy?) but would definitely spell it Tate rather than Tayte.

shimmy0 · 27/07/2012 09:28

Tayto crisps are the best ever and you can buy them in Asda and now you have just made me crave them

HappyCamel · 27/07/2012 09:26

Not to my taste but if you love it then Tate is better than Tayte, the y is unnecessary. Makes me think of Tate and Lyle sugar.

MoaningMingeWhingesAgain · 27/07/2012 09:23

Tayto, mmmm crisps

SilveryMoon · 27/07/2012 09:22

Is it for a boy or a girl?
I'm not sure I like it tbh, but if I had to choose, I'd spell it Tate or it just looks made up IMO

lisaro · 27/07/2012 09:21

You really don't want to know.
