Lily-May, Kizzi-Leigh or Lexi-Jean?

For a friends pfb. Middle name Anne.

What do you think? Which do you prefer?

Lily-May if she must, but why not Lily May or May Lily as two names?

I quite like Jean on its own. Kizzy makes me think of Roots.

If I had to choose one of them, it would be Lily May (no hyphen)

Lily and May are both pretty names

or maybe Lila May

I really really don't like the other two.

I would personally lose the hyphen and then go with one of the names as a single with Anne as a middle name.

I don't really like hyphenated names but they are all fine as singles (apart from not a fan of kizzy)
