For a friends pfb. Middle name Anne.

What do you think? Which do you prefer?

Thanks.

OP posts:
Are your children’s vaccines up to date?
PorkyandBess · 08/07/2012 20:43

Having only read the OP - I think they are all hideous.

WhosPickleisThatOnion · 08/07/2012 20:40

It sounds a bit bitchy that school. I think is really off to look down on a child..

usualsuspect · 08/07/2012 20:40

With judgmental up their own arse parents .

I would have moved them tbh

usualsuspect · 08/07/2012 20:39

I'm still glad my children didn't go to a school like that

OhDoAdmitMrsDeVere · 08/07/2012 20:37

They are all lovely names.
Why dont you suggest she just chooses the one she likes best and fuck what anyone else thinks?

HTH

I agree Lily May is the least awful. Lexi Jean silly. Kizzi Leigh must be a joke.

I'm glad my children didn't go to that school then.

usualsuspect · 08/07/2012 20:31

I'm sure they do Leonie

WhosPickleisThatOnion · 08/07/2012 20:30

I have to agree, god knows I don't like hyphens but I don't think it will subject the poor girl to a lifetime of servitude.

The OP has privacy concerns and so we've agreed to take this down.

juneau · 08/07/2012 20:29

Or how about Liliane (or Lily-Anne if she's adamant about the hyphen?)

usualsuspect · 08/07/2012 20:26

Only twats will judge her.

Awful bloody posts on this thread.

Baby names is the worst topic on MN

Thatsnotmypenguin · 08/07/2012 20:24

Lily-May it the least awful....

ProcrastinationAteMyMorning · 08/07/2012 20:24

I know a Mae-Lyn known as Mae to all by the time she was 1.

mumzy · 08/07/2012 20:24

I was just thinking if Teddi-Sue's mum had named her Theodora Susan, she could have still called her Teddi-Sue as a family name but given her the choice of a more adult dignified moniker to use when she was grown up. As I recall I think the Queen's family pet name was Lilibet. Not much cop as Queen Lilibet but cute for a small child.

TidyDancer · 08/07/2012 20:24

Mum2Kaison - that's a joke, right?

slatternlymother · 08/07/2012 20:23

If I was forced, at gunpoint, to make a choice it'd be Lily May, but without the hyphen.

QuickQuickSloe · 08/07/2012 20:23

Sally-Anne? I know she wants Anne as a midde name, but that's the nicest hyphen I could think of!

Mum2Kaison · 08/07/2012 20:23

I like lily-may but would have it as Lillee-Mai or Lilli-Mai.

Kizzee-leigh is really nice, I like Lexi but I would of had Lexii-Mai or Lexxii-Rai
I think Jean sounds like in an old folk home LOL.
