The first thing that comes to mind when you hear the name Sally?

I think of the 1980s Beano strip Tom, Dick & Sally, about 3 blond siblings: the 2 naughty boys were always playing mean tricks on their innocent sister, and she nearly always got the better of them.

Yes, this is inspired by the similar thread, about the name of the character who was my favourite Beano boy, years ago.

me - it's my name. I quite like it, it's classic, fairly inoffensive. Dh calls me Sal but am a full Sally to pretty much everyone else.
