Opinions on Otto?

We started calling the bump Otto, just as a random bump nickname whilst discussing what to actually call him/her. Now we know it is a boy, Otto has kind of stuck and it is growing on us. Is it actually ridiculous and we've just gotten used to it? I'm worried it is too German sounding in a comic way...

I really like it.

It is German/northern European sounding name - I don't see the problem with that though.

I like it but like another poster I'm sure it's the name of a character in The Simpsons which was very popular when I was at school (although may be less so now). I don't necessarily think that's something which would cause problems though?

I think it is a beautiful ame and not at all ridiculous! Not common but not way out there either.....the perfect balance!

I love it.It's not comical at all.

It does sound German; indeed, it is a German name! I also think of 'Otto-man' - the school bus drive in The Simpsons.

That said, it is a nice sounding name and I think one that would be unique without being weird in the playground :)
