Do your children's names match?

I came across sisters called Eve and Hannah the other day and thought that was quite a novel approach to matching sibling names.

Anyway with DC2 on the way it got me thinking about the influence of DS's name on the name for the new one. How much consideration do you think needs to be making your children sound like they are related?

My dc have completely different names because they are individuals.

Well I don't think you'd be able to name siblings Harry and Henry or John and Jack for example, but aside from not actually having variants of the same name I don't think it matters. My DC have very dissimilar names but everyone will still know they're related because they look pretty similar and have the same surname!

Doesn't their surname indicate that they are related???? People over think the sibling thing in my opinion, they will live apart longer than they will live together.
