ambrose jeremiah peter for a boy
or
genevieve miranda faith

forgetmenots · 02/06/2012 11:19

Orla or Martha for a girl, Lachlan or Gregor for a boy...
.. Although my DM scrunched her nose up at Lachlan/Lachie (pronounced with an 'a' as in 'bat'), saying 'oh well, I suppose I would have to just get used to that'! She's not usually interfering so I just said 'Yes. yes you would.' :)

We're still TTC, but it doesn't stop us squabbling over names, so nice to see this thread Grin

For Boys I like: Carlton, Nolan, Cormack, Jamison.

For Girls I like: Eleanor, Bethany, Gwinna, Rosalie.

For Boys DH likes: Jesse, Jonah, Cade, Callum.

For Girls DH likes: Lyric, Erin, Elara, Elodie.

The only name we have managed to agree on so far was Alexander/Alexandra... and guess what DH's brother has just named his son

I think DH is coming around to Cormack at least though, so if I sweeten the pot and give him free choice on the middle name we might have a boys name sorted soon. God help us if we have a girl though. We pull Hmm faces at almost every suggestion the other makes as far as girl names go.

RiaOverTheRainbow · 02/06/2012 03:38

My favourites are Fay and Merlin. I also really like Robin and Kit, and Susan and Heather. My fanjo would seal up in protest if I had a dc for every name on my wishlist Grin

ilovemybum · 01/06/2012 00:58

I'm sticking with one but in my head I sometimes imagine Reba, Rixt and Manny. No way I want 4 kids though in real life!

CaringMum28 · 30/05/2012 23:31

NappiesandGladrags · 30/05/2012 22:41

RobinGoodfellow · 30/05/2012 22:08

Maisonetta - Maisie for short.

Bagabee · 30/05/2012 22:03

Love this thread!

Am pregnant with DS2 and would have loved Finn or Gabriel but DH says no.

Girls: Audrey or Beatrice (next time!)

Btw, is Orlando a terrible middle name??

Spottyfrog4 · 30/05/2012 18:25

We Have two but if decide on third I would like a Edward or Alice.

CheerfulYank · 30/05/2012 18:23

Comrade tell him it's Marlon Brando who yelled "STELLA" anyway. Sylvester yells Adrienne. :o

tabbycat7 · 30/05/2012 17:31

I'm currently pg with ds4 who is at the moment nameless. If I'd had daughters they would have been Iona, Viola, Seraphina and Rosalind.

AllRiseForHerVaj · 30/05/2012 17:24

We are done, but my imaginary twin girls are called Rosanna Sky (nn Rosy) and Emmeline Mary (nn Emmy).

TheCraicDealer · 30/05/2012 13:24

Oh, and I love Florence, but DP has vetoed it for future use as it was his nan's name and thinks it has too many "old lady" connotations.

We shall see Grin

TheCraicDealer · 30/05/2012 13:23

Claudia, Cecilia, Persephone (Effie), Helena, Vesper or Catherine (Kate), for a girl. George, William, Hector or Gabriel for a boy.

ComradeJing · 30/05/2012 09:31

Oh or Felix. But it prompts him to sing, "felix the cat, the magical, magical cat" whilst doing I happy little dance.

I'm pregnant at the moment with DC2 and, frankly, he's a nobber.

:o
