Ok, yet another name thread from me. Will we ever decide?!

We have 2 ds's, Dylan and Miles

Surname starts with a D, 3 syllables..

We are now considering Lucas Morgan

Opinions please Smile

Lucas Morgan is great. But then I am a little biased ^ Wink

And anyone who thinks Morgan is a 'chav' name should come to Wales and say that to some of the lovely males who bear the name with pride here.

Rant over. Have fun deciding!

DairyNips · 22/05/2012 10:09

Ronan = Ronan Keating so it's a noGrin

Elliot is Miles' middle nameSmile

Pierce = Pierce Brosnan, again no no no

Elliott, Pierce. Any good?

Born2BRiiiled · 22/05/2012 08:06

Still thinking. It's become a mission. Ronan is nice. Dylan, Miles, Ronan. Yes!

DairyNips · 21/05/2012 23:09

Born2BRiiiled · 21/05/2012 22:49

Gideon?

strawberrylace · 21/05/2012 22:41

i have a Lucas, so i am a bit biased, in that i think it is a great name! In fact, i wish i had picked it for DS1, though not sure what i would've called DS2 instead... what about Oscar Morgan as a fourth varient on your options above? i do like Oscar too, either Lucas or Oscar go well with your other DSs. I also like Evan, Lewis, Jackson, Nate, Carter.

Ridiculousrick · 21/05/2012 22:36

Lucas Jon I really love. that is all.

Born2BRiiiled · 21/05/2012 22:33

Ok. How about Jackson, Ellis or Rory? Am determined to find a name now!

DairyNips · 21/05/2012 22:27

Born Logan is nice but ds has 2 best friends called that already. Quite popular here..

OP posts:
Born2BRiiiled · 21/05/2012 22:26

What about Logan then? Just saw it on your last post. Quite cool sounding!

DairyNips · 21/05/2012 22:17

Logan we have always liked Oscar ever since ds1 but some people said it was a dogs name which put is off. Yeah, we went to see Michael McIntyre last night and he mentioned the names, that's what got us thinking about them!

Grin I'm not like a crazy superfan trying to name my boy after his or anything though! It just reminded us we had always liked Oscar and got us considering Lucas too..

Thetokengirl · 21/05/2012 22:14

I have a Lucas Henry. I love the name Grin
I don't think it's that common but I do have a Thomas, so anything feels rare after that name

LoganMummy · 21/05/2012 22:09

I love Lucas and Oscar!

PS they are the names of Michael McIntyre's two boys - quite posh!

DairyNips · 21/05/2012 21:58

Grin ah I see!

Yep, very exciting!!Smile

I was meaning more for the initials WMD, just being silly :o

good luck deciding, I loved choosing names and then DH sneering at them all, so am glad we've picked one now. 2 weeks until d day now - so you'll be meeting your wee boy within the month - exciting!!

DairyNips · 21/05/2012 18:56

kveta I do think William is a lovely name but its too 'normal' iyswimSmile

OP posts:
lovechoc · 21/05/2012 14:37

Lucian not a great choice, it's a trying-too-hard type of name. Lucas is fab!

Kveta · 21/05/2012 13:13

what about

William Morgan (WMD)?

it will fit him well in about 2 years time :o

I wish we could sort out cool initials for DC2, she will be EEJK, which is crap. Or maybe just EEK if we hyphenate the middle names.

I am not here btw

DairyNips · 21/05/2012 13:10

kveta that is good advice. I'm just a bit worried that in the post birth hormonal haze I'll choose something crazyGrin

I'd like to maybe have 2 options and see what fits. Hmm
