If you want a name that won't date then it's best to avoid the popular/fashionable ones that have risen up the charts as these, by definition, will start to fall out of favour as people get bored of them.

Have a look at names outside of the top 100 or even top 250 - they're unlikely to be very 'fashionable' and therefore dateable.
