Sapphia?

Have always loved the name Sophie/Sophia but realise just how popular it is and probably will be for a good few years.

Thoughts on this close alternative please or any other name suggestions.

Made up name. If you like Sophia then use Sophia - why would it matter that there'll be one or two others in her year at school?

I knew of a Saffia, but agree with GretaGip - that spelling looks too much like the word Sapphic.

I think Sapphia is likely to be mistaken for Sophia a lot.

Serena, Seraphina, Saffron, Sarah?
