Is this a boy or girls name to you? What are your thoughts on it?

OP posts:
Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

Yes agree it is more like a surname than anything I'd choose as a first name for either boy or girl (same for Taylor).

usualsuspect · 07/04/2012 20:49

I like it a lot for a boy

Springforward · 07/04/2012 20:49

Surname or boy's name, in that order. I wouldn't think of this as a girl's name.

Ephiny · 07/04/2012 20:49

I think of it as a boy's name, though I don't think I've ever met one. Taylor is more of a girl's name IMO. Can't say I'm keen on either of them though.

Stellan · 07/04/2012 20:48

A surname, followed by a boy's name.

MsWeatherwax · 07/04/2012 20:47

Tyler Durden!

ragged · 07/04/2012 20:45

boy only, very popular in local y5 cohort.
Taylor, otoh, seems to be unisex.

RetroMum1 · 07/04/2012 20:43

We know a male Tyler, I have to say I've never been keen on it though.

KenDoddsDadsDog · 07/04/2012 20:28

No

HeidiHole · 07/04/2012 20:27

a chav's name. Not sure if male chav or female chav though?

MummysLittleSunbeams · 07/04/2012 20:26

Surname!

survivingspring · 07/04/2012 20:23

Is popular in our school although not keen on it personally. Definitely a boys name in my experience although is probably unisex in the US!

justhayley · 07/04/2012 20:22

Defo a boys name

JambalayaCodfishPie · 07/04/2012 20:16
