Names like Simon

28 weeks with DS1. Simon is the only name I like. Well, I like others, but don't want a 'several in the class' name. I've only taught two Simons in 12 years, so I'm guessing it can't be that common.

Anyway, I feel like I need a few more on the shortlist to discuss with DH. Any ideas?

I like Nicholas and Timothy too, thanks. Looking for an 'ordinary' but not too popular name, if that's not asking for the impossible. I think I like Marcus too, but not Mark.

Nearly every Simon I have ever known has a brother called Nicholas, so they seem to go together. Also Timothy, Philip and Paul.
