Just how many Sophia's do you know?

DH is really keen on Sophia but I am very worried that it is just too popular and DD will be one of many.

4 x at DDs pre school its right up there with all the Eve/Evie/Evas. There is usually at least one Sophie/Sophia in each class I have found. The popularity would put me right off but if it doesn't bother you thats fine.

I have three dc so know many kids of varying ages and here in Manchester, I personally don't know any. Only a couple of Sophie's too FWIW.

I know one 14 yr old Sophia, but pronounced So-fye-ah (hebrew/biblical way I think)

Oh and as pinktrees mentioned I have another daughter with a vvv popular name who's 4 and she's the only one in her nursery school of roughly 50 children.

I have a 19 yo Sofia and I only have met two others. It's a lovely name - DD loves it too.
