Middle name for Beatrice needed please but not Rose, May or Florence. Any good ideas?

My Granny was Beatrice Joy...if your surname has two syllables then I think, musically, it would sound better if the middle name was monosyllabic. So...:

Joy
Maud
May
Hope
Anne

Out of the two syllable ones I like

Sally
Flora
Polly
Freya
Isla

Avoid other ones which end with a 's' sound like Alice or Grace.

Charlotte?

Thanks for all the great suggestions. I love Beatrice Clementine but DH thinks it makes the name sound just too Victorian but I think I'll see if I can talk him around. Also love Beatrice Matilda but again DH not keen.

The BJ thing would never have crossed my mind so thanks for pointing it out.

Yes, thinking it through a girl with the initials BJ may have the mick taken slightly!

I like the suggestions of Beatrice Joy. Very pretty.

I know someone with a Beatrice Autumn. They have a H surname with 3 syllables and it works nicely.

Thanks for everyone's suggestions. We only have 6 weeks give or take, so we'd better go for something!

Hi Lilibet. Our surname begins with H and has two syllables.

Hi Stellan. Yes there are other names I like - the problem is getting DH to like them too! No family names that we like! Anyway, I do like Matilda and Violet but not sure DH will go for these.

I clicked on this thread to give the suggestion Beatrice Primrose as i heard it after one of the posters called their daughter this, and then I see cupofteaplease is on here anyway!

I don't like the name Beatrice but Beatrice Primrose is beautiful.
