DD1 is Eden. Totally suits her and i love it.

Going for 20 week scan tomorrow and if baby cooperates we will find out if we are having a boy or a girl. I have variously considered the names Rowan and Cameron for a girl but recently stumbled across the name Elodie which i absolutely adore.

My question is, is having Eden and Elodie too many "E"'s?

Love Cameron for a girl!If I had a little girl(I have 2 ds's)I would have Cameron high up on my list. Also love Cammy as a nn.
DS1 name begins with E and I considered naming ds2 an 'E' name but in the end thought it was a bit much.
FWIW I personally don't like Elodie at all..it sounds like you've missed the M from Melody(just my opinion of course).
If you wanted an E name how about Eloise?I think that is so much prettier than Elodie.

I love Eden for a boy (its unisex I think) DH vetoed it Sad

Gorgeous names, Eden & Elodie together.

Im not usually fan of names to "match" a sibling thing but this fit somehow.

I wouldn't go for two 'E's personally.

Not twee, two beautiful names & sound lovely together. I personally think having matching last sounds for example Elodie & Poppy sounds more 'matchy' than using the same first initial.

But I would say that as I an seriously considering Helena for my as yet unconcieved DD2 (DD1 is Hazel) :)
