How do you pronounce Natalia?

I really love this name for a little girl, but the pronunciation has got me.
I was thinking Nuh-TAR-lia
I've also heard it pronounced Nuh-TA-lia though. Which do you use?

So not ta as in cat, but not tar either, like in car. Somewhere in between.
