How would you pronounce it, if you saw it written down? Ro-han or Roh-an?

My neighbour's DS is called Rohan. They promounce it R-oh-a-n (row as in row the boat)

I know a female rohan, pronounced row-an (as in row the boat), with stress on the row syllable. I think it's a lovely name!

I have a relative with this name. He prns it "Rowan", with no discernible "h" sound.
