Lily is a beautiful name and my favourite from your choices, but it is very popular now, there are six in DD's nursery. If that's not a problem, go for it.

Lilia would be my second choice.

Prefer Lilia (or the older Polish spelling of Lilja)

Another vote for Lily, Grin at Towndon - agree completely. Plus with the other two you will run into "how exactly do you pronounce that?"

No need to "gild the lily" by altering such a lovely name.

I love Lilia not so keen on the others weirdly as obviously all very similar!
