hilaire Katherine Alice Rose is beautiful

hilaire · 20/10/2011 14:37

What do people think about putting the folowing names after Katherine (known as Katie) Alice with a 2 syllable surname which starts with the letter E and ends in ....tt"?

She was born Katherine Alice but I've always wanted a 2nd middle name and like Beatrix (Bea), Eliza, Rose, May (does it matter that she was born in February?!), Tabitha and Josephine so her name would be:

Katie Alice Beatrix
Katie Alice Eliza
Katie Alice Rose
Katie Alice May
Katie Alice Tabitha (too many "t" sounds?)
or
Katie Alice Josephine

Which do you think sounds best with the surname "E..tt"?

Oh, and it has to be either one syllable or three because the first two names and the surname have two syllables and I'm a bit anal like that!

Thanks for your help - it's giving me a real headache!

i started a similar thread a few months back. there are more than you think! the ones I like best are Eve and Meg. For middle name - i think you'll find that May and Rose tend to go with an awful lot of names, though that means they are also widely used.

You could try to revive Claire (my name- so 70s!). My sister is called Jan (not short for anything) and I've always thought that was quite cool.

I like Eve or Jane.
