boys names like Sebastian...

hi,
dc3 not due for ages, but IF it's a boy, I need some help with boys' names. I like Sebastian, but HATE Seb/Sebby and any other shortenings, so can't use it. Also, it's getting a bit too popular around here for my liking - dc1 and dc2 both have slightly unusual names.
Are there any other boys names that have the same sophisticated, slightly French feel, are not too common, but not weird?

I like Lucien, but dh says it's too girly, as is Florian. We do have a good old solid, northern surname, so I don't think these work very well, iyswim.
Isn't there anything a bit more manly?

mysecretumbrella - my problem with Tobias is that I don't like Toby! Couldn't use it anyway though, as it is too similar to one of my other dc's names. Keep 'em coming - there MUST be a name I like out there!
