Lovely name!

Plenty of other names are verbs too - Harry, Nick, Mark, Rose - don't be put off.

Great, strong classic name for a boy - he'll always stand out from the crowd with a name like that. When I picked my sons names I tried to imagine how they would grow with the name. What does it mean?

Oh thank you for your comments. It's a name that my husband and I have always adored. The only time I made an error was when I told a table of friends that we were thinking of calling our child 'Hercules'. There was stunned silence until the error was realised!

Love it and wanted it for DS but DH was having none of it. Even had a last ditch attempt to persuade him whilst in labour (thought he may give in under the circumstances) but nothing doing!

Ooh, tricky. My first thought was 'body being dragged along by a chariot', swiftly followed by 'nice Scottish name'. So erm... I'm not sure.
