Tricky, prefer Albert as a name but Robert makes me think Bob which is fab!

Robert. Lots more versions, shortenings, and Albert is more a name of the moment I think.

Well I think DH prefers Robert, I just think a little Albert would be cute...

I love Robert, but then that is what DS is called. I like the way it can vary according to age - Robbie, Rob, Bob, etc. At the moment he has decided he is Robert (aged 9), but he's still Robbie to me :)

Albert. My DH is Robert and has never really used his full name, always Rob... althou I sometimes call him Bert in an attempt to use the second half of his name.

We are currently on Albert. I think I prefer this but not in love with it. Ds1 is Harry, which I love, and just can't think of something which I am so happy with for DS2! what do you think of Harry and Albert together?

I think maybe the main thing which is worrying me with Albert is that I know some people (mainly my mum) will HATE it! I suppose I need to get over this!
