I love this name. It sounds quite feminine. Why not for a girl?

dd1 had a female elliot in her class before. it caused countless confusion, but if you like it, and like ellie or els, then it's ok. (she was elliot, no diminutive btw, but you never know whether it'll stick or not)

i don't like or dislike it tbh. bit of a meh name for me.
