I love names like Lucas, Micah, Noah, Seth, Saul, Cassian, Balthazar...but I am struggling to find 'the one' for DC3. Girls names are sorted but I have 2 DS's (with biblical/Hebrew names) so am thinking it's more than likely this one will be my hat trick baby so I really need to find a name! Please help me with lots of suggestions!

It turned out really special that we called our Caleb that and not Jacob because of the meaning and who he was in the bible.
sometimes worth havign a flick through the bible rather than picking one out of thin air.

CappuccinoCarrie · 24/05/2011 19:19

I know a Gideon, Elijah and Josiah and a couple of Judes. We have had Caleb on our list every time, and my all time favourite name is Joel which is increasingly popular. Simeon is also a lovely name and was a dude in the Bible.

peacemoon · 24/05/2011 19:08

I have a Seth,Jared and Saul (& an Eve). I love biblical names as you can tell! But I also liked Ezra,Elijah and Eli.and hundreds more!

PorkChopSter · 24/05/2011 19:07

Elijah
Josiah
Gideon - I have one of these Grin There are infinite possibilities for nicknames. The responses from other people have been varied - the best was a very loud "HA Shock" followed by "how fantastic Wink" - with more than one person saying they had considered it but not been brave enough to use it. Isaac was our no.1 choice - I'm so glad we changed our minds.

BumpPlus2 · 24/05/2011 17:02

Thanks (so far) again Smile

I must say I am more of a fan of the lesser syllabled names...Samson, Ethan, Elijah etc and although the more well known (Isaac, Jacob) are lovely I am looking for something a little bit different.

You have all been a great help so far....and nocake has made me chuckle x

I love Elijah but I'm not allowed it as is "too" religious bearing in mind we already have one bible name apparently!!
