I don't know any Lucys - just one (French) Lucie. I would use it!

CharlieBoo · 03/05/2011 21:10

I think Lucy is lovely! Can't think of any Lucys in my DD's school.

I also like Nancy, Grace and Eleanor if you're looking for inspiration.

I'm a Lucy (age 37) - always liked it. Felt like I could be anyone and not aligned to any class etc.

telsa · 03/05/2011 12:40

Lucy is a gorgeous name. The only one I know is 40!

star83 · 03/05/2011 10:43

Our little girl is 10 weeks old now and we went for something meaninful and called her Dakota Faith. Our wedding song was called Dakota and i fell in love with the name.

Hedwig3 · 03/05/2011 10:32

Lovely name.

fridakahlo · 03/05/2011 03:36

Genevieve? Imho Lucy is far too every day, but I love unusal names.

proudfoot · 03/05/2011 02:17

Lucy is lovely! Quite popular but it's classic not faddy, so I think it's okay.

I would use it myself but my cousin just had used it for her new DD so I probably can't!
