I really like Monty too.

For DD, I think Emmeline is really nice, my favourite name at the mo, and sounds really nice with Monty.

Also like Clarice and Cerys.

Have you had a bad day SEA?

blackeyeddog · 15/04/2011 00:39

i like Monty. Just saying.

For dd, Kitty, Daisy, Clemmie. These have all come up on this thread and I think they are very pretty and go nicely with Monty.

Ah. wrote a scathing response to the wierdo that is SEA but mumsnet crashed and it disappeared.

I love Monty. I like Felicity, Verity, Violet or Beatrix with it.

Well OK SF, I'll let you off. Wink I suspect SEA won't be as contrite. She means what she says.

MrsCampbellBlack · 14/04/2011 22:30

You see I know Montys, Felixes, Stellas, Clementines - they're the norm round here.

southeastastra · 14/04/2011 22:29

felix is weird too, another world

washngo · 14/04/2011 22:28

I know a lovely monty whose sister is Stella. And I think monty is a brilliant name.

suwoo · 14/04/2011 22:23

Felix would have been Kitty if he were a girl.

MrsCampbellBlack · 14/04/2011 22:19

Oh I love Kitty!

suwoo · 14/04/2011 22:18

I loved Monty but DH vetoed it and we ended up with Felix for DC3. Don't know how old Monty is and how many kids you mix with but Ella is a prolifically used and is verging on the common (although not neccessarily chav). My suggestion which has already been recommended is Kitty. That 'type' of name is my very favourite type.

HtheH · 14/04/2011 22:17

Monty Hall is my favourite, he was the inspiration behind the name...

I know a Clementeen and she's knows as Clemmie which I think is very sweet.

HtheH · 14/04/2011 22:14

Love Clementine, but is it pronounced Clementeen or Clementyne? Which one is a small tangerine?!
