Dax...?

OK..need some honest, straight talking feedback on a potential boys name Dax. Come on ladies..don't be shy!

Dax is a pretty grim place in France. It's not nice. Wouldn't name a child after it.

Choose something else? Smile

Ok ok..Dax is officially in the 'Cannot possibly name my child this due to high risk of public ridicule'!

Seth..not too close to Seb? Totally is, can't do that :(

How about Barney - maybe short for Barnaby?

Seth is lovely, I'm assuming their DS is Sebastian, Seb for short? Just go for itSmile

Ha ha!! You're so right about the cleaning product!! Hmm..I do really like this and I knew a Kiwi guy called Dax, and always really liked it. I can't say I live in a community of very open minded people either!

belgo - I do like Dexter! Good suggestion, thanks!

Boys names are just so difficult..seriously don't think I love any and OH hates everything I come up with!

I love Seth, but we're very close to a couple with a Seb..

Sorry, my first reactions are Jadzia and then dachshund. Without those associations though it would sound fine.
