I have looked through books and threads for opions on Phoebe and nothing! all I have come up with is that it's Greek and means "bright" when I've asked people about it everyone say's "lovely" but can only think of Phoebe Buffay from friends! my favouritre charracter acctually I love that shes nuts! I don't know ant Phoebe's is that because it's acctually horrid and I can't see it? I think it's beautiful!?

I already have two boys so poss another boy! which would be lovely! but want to have names ready My boys are Ethan(8) and Harry(2) I have picked Travis if a boy but have a long list of girls ones I like:-
Phoebe
Summer
Lola
Tilly
lexie
Skye
Heidi

I found out what I was having with the boys but wanted a surprise this time and I feel so un-organised!

It's my DD's middle name because DH loved it but I wasn't keen. It has grown on me in the last couple of years, I often hear it in the play parks near me and think it sounds nice, sweet for a young girl but stands up as an adult name too.

I know one! I've never heard any horrible comments about her name. The only problem is lots of people want to spell it Pheobe - but you get spelling issues with lots of names!

It's all right.
Bit ugly sounding I always think.
I'm sure if you went to any primary school you'd find plenty.
