Can I use DD1's middle name for DD2?

I am going out of my mind looking for name for DD2. The criteria are pretty complex as DH is irish, I am breton and it has to work in France and the UK.
It took us ages to find a name but am having second thoughts. My favorite name always was DD1's middle name.
DH vetoed it saying we can't have it now for DD2's first name.

Do you think it's a no-no?

How old is DD1? Could you ask her if she minds? I personally don't think it is a problem but you wouldn't want DD2 thinking her name was second best.

No, try harderGrin. Plenty of pretty French names that are pronounceable in English.
