A second name for Olivia

Am due a girl in 2 weeks and am thinking of calling her Olivia. Surname is Keary.
Any suggestions for a nice middle name?

I don't want a name that ends in "a" like Olivia and also don't want a name that ends in "y" sound like surname.

He has already vetoed Rose, April, Rae, Alice, Mae and Grace - this will give an idea of the kind of names I'm thing of. Short, "bridging" names between first and surnames.

Thanks for any suggestions!

Think that has a lovely 'flow' to it....Olivia Frances Keary

I would go for Olivia May but then I'm biased Grin.

Not sure about Lee - I've usually seen it spelt Leigh for a girl and it just seems a bit chavvy (sorry)

Jane sounds nice too.

Amber76 · 23/03/2011 09:06

Does Olivia Lee work?? Too many "L's"?

I think you need something that begins with a consonant (easier to pronounce after Olivia) I know he's rejected Mae, but I think May or Mae is lovely. Jane is also a good suggestion.

Charlotte although much longer also trips off the tongue and is very elegant - Olivia Charlotte Keary
