Roe-han, although could be like Rowan too. I think it's like Evelyn: it has variants.

I know two Rohans, one pronounced Ro-HAHN and one RO-wan

Interesting. I've only ever heard it pronounced Rowan before but heard someone calling a Ro-han the other day.

I used to nanny for a Rohan and we said Row Han.
