What's the prettiest?

I'm expecting DD soon and am looking for a very girly name. Here's my shortlist, please let me know your favourite:

Isabella Lauren Jessica
Sophia Lily Jessica
Sophia Libby Jessica
Lucia Jessica

You say you need L & J as initials for the g'mothers but will they realise/appreciate this? why not use their actual names? And why throw 'M' into the mix (ie, Madeliene or May)?? Just v curious!

(I stepped out, she stepped in again, I stepped out... learning to dance for Lanigan's Ball etc., etc., and so on and so forth) I thought Christy Moore sang a version but I can't find it if he did.

Like Isabella Lauren Juliet best probably, although it is quite a 'lot' of name. How about Laurel instead of Lauren, so pretty and more unusual?

It does, and actually now you mention it, the first Julia I knew was at least 99 and a rather scarily wrinkled homebound old lady who lived near my granny, who visited her frequently and took me along too occasionally had to step over her not very well trained farm dogs to get across the threshold, then feel our way to the parlour in the gloom inside the house (they had never got electricity), then chat about long-dead people they had both known for the afternoon-- half an hour before granny would say 'Oh, would you look at the time!' (though she couldn't see her watch) and scuttle out.

It's a perfectly lovely name but has been sadly ruined for me because of that!

Sophia and Isabella are very lovely names. I would use Julia (or even Juliet?) in reference to Jessica.

mmm -- I think I like Isabella Lauren Juliet best though Sophia Lily Julia/Juliet are lovely...

Actually really like Julia - just think that although Jessica isn't tw "strongest" name, as a middle name it's very pretty and frilly is ok then
It's th initials that count and also DP keeps reminding me that we rarely use our middle names so it's whether I like Sophia or Isabella and the meanings behind the middle names (grandparents initials)

Agree - it Lu-see-a in Spain - a perfectly valid pronunciation.

What about Jane or Julia, if it's the initials that are the thing? Jane cuts the syllable count down a bit and Julia is a bit less "frilly" than Jessica, but still feminine.

We definitely need two middle names one J and one L
My favourites at the moment, and after all your help are:

Isabella Lauren Jessica
Sophia Lily Jessica

Unless anyone has any other middle name options
DP has already ruled out Jordana as a possibility

i think that of all of your names I like the combination Madeline Sophia best. Very pretty IMO.

sorry math - cross posted. Yes, the real Spanish pronounciation is a sort of thee/see sound. I have a Lucia and most people assume the 'see' version, although some do assume 'chee'.

Lucia can be pronounced with a 'chee' sound in the middle (Italian) or a 'see' sound in the middle (Spanish). Both are correct, and I like both, but prefer the 'see'.

Those are all very pretty names. Sorry, I know that doesn't help you decide :)
