We know baby bump will be DD2 and like traditional names. We've finally got it down to three. What do you lot think?

love all your name combinations and also think charlotte eleanor is lovely

maybe make final decision after she is born when you look at her and think 'oh she looks like a ....'

Panzee · 13/02/2011 09:18

Agree that three is enough to choose from on the day.

SnapFrakkleAndPop · 13/02/2011 09:17

Eleanor Lucy, with Charlotte Lucy in second, I think from your choices but Eleanor Charlotte is my favourite combination of those names.

SecondhandRose · 13/02/2011 09:11

Are you happy with the shortened versions?

Ellie
Lulu
Charlie or Lottie

All lovely! :) DH and I have Eleanora picked out for a (yet to be conceived) DD, and I think we'll go with Elle for a nn.

I really really like Charlotte as well!

purepurple · 13/02/2011 08:37

I like Eleanor and Charlotte, not that keen on Lucy and would have it as a middle name.
A word of warning about Ella. If you say it more than once, it sounds like that really annoying song by Rhianna about the umbrella.

seeker · 13/02/2011 08:26

Eleanor is lovely - perfect for all ages and stages, but you would have to like Ellie too, there's no avoiding it! Unless you preemprively abbreviated it to Ella?

Charlotte Lucy is gorgeous.

CharlieBoo · 13/02/2011 08:20

I'm a Lucy Charlotte. Charlotte Lucy gives more nn options.

reddaisy · 12/02/2011 22:38

I like Charlotte best and Lucy is gorgeous too. I always think of smily, popular, pretty girls when I think of Lucy.

Im not keen on Eleanor, it is too serious for my liking.

HeartShapedValium · 12/02/2011 22:35

Eleanor is my favourite from that list. I like Charlotte but don't love it. Lucy is a fine choice because I know most people like it, but I hear the loose in it too loudly.

Lottie is lovely btw. Much prefer that to Charlotte.

Charlotte Eleanor with Lottie for short?

but from your choices Eleanor Lucy or Eleanor Charlotte?!

jellybeans · 12/02/2011 22:33

Lucy Eleanor

SameOldJollster · 12/02/2011 21:47

LOVE Eleanor, NN Nell. Not personally keen on Lucy.
