Why are boys so hard to name? Please help name DS2.

DS1 is Ivo and DS2 is several days old and no closer to being named.

The only name DP and I both love is Arlo, but I can't picture having an Ivo and an Arlo. Are they too similar?

DP likes Archie, Hamish and Angus but I don't.

I like Seth, Jonah and Leon but DP doesn't.

Any suggestions where we go from here?

There are a few suggestions here which had made our long lists and been discounted by one or other of us. It's finding something we agree on which is so hard.

I do really like Miles but 2 good friends already did that so it's not an option!

i like Ivo and Arlo

for the vast majority of their lives they will be separate people with separate names... don't worry about it!

however... if you still want suggestions:

Arlo and Ivo has tripping up over yourself potential - the yelling out of the back door would have to be substituted by "BOYS" or "oi you two" but I don't think it's too bad.

Go for Arlo. Don't settle for something less just because of his bro's name.
