I dont really like it but like Talia which has a similar sound to it but nicer somehow?

PaisleyLeaf · 09/01/2011 14:08

I know a Tallulah - she's a little madam/princess.
It really suits her.

Eglu · 09/01/2011 14:06

I really like it and DS2 would most prob have been this if he was a girl.

I also love Talitha and Tabitha.

twinkletoesxmas · 07/01/2011 22:10

How about Tiana?

ifancyashandy · 07/01/2011 22:09

I love it. And think Lulla is a lovely NM. Or Lou if she were to become a CEO!

Deciduousblonde · 07/01/2011 22:04

I was going to suggest Talitha :)

LittleYellowTeapot · 07/01/2011 22:01

I really don't like it.

Merrylegs · 07/01/2011 21:50

I love it. Would have Lulu as a nickname. Cute, quirky and just v cool.

Simmylou · 07/01/2011 21:47

Has someone been reading The Lost Art of Keeping Secrets? Talitha, Inigo? Wink

happycamel · 07/01/2011 19:25

How about Talitha

KERALA1 · 07/01/2011 18:35

Just awful. Embarrassing. Imagine introducing yourself at a professional meeting - just cringeworthy and I usually like non top 10 type names.

JojoMags · 07/01/2011 18:15

Tally is a nice nn but agree a girl has to be pretty to get away with Tallulah. For someone plain its a real burden!

mathanxiety · 07/01/2011 17:30

I like it. I think it's an interesting, non-conforming sort of name.

ShatnersBassoon · 07/01/2011 16:13

It doesn't pass the toilet cleaner/Prime Minister test.

I know one and I always think of that 'Toora loora toora loo rei aye' bit from Come On Eileen when I have to say her name. Her parents probably shouldn't put her in denim dungarees so often.

MistletoeMush · 07/01/2011 16:08

I quite like it esp with Tally as a nm. Its quite unusual but not completely unheard of and suits both adults and children imo.

Komondor · 07/01/2011 16:04

You have got to be stunning to pull the name off. On someone quite plain looking I think Tallulah would be rediculous.

swanandduck · 07/01/2011 15:47

Sorry, I think it sounds ridiculous on both a baby and an adult.

MarniesMummy · 07/01/2011 14:48

ditvonteesed - it is my next child (which I am not ever having but you can still dream) name.

I've got one of those too. He's a little boy called Inigo Daniel,(or Daniel Inigo depending on whether DP wins in his quest to cll his son Daniel). Grin

He's a lovely wee thing and doesn't keep me up all night, need his nappy changed or demand my attention constantly.

diddl · 07/01/2011 12:56

Don´t hate it, but prefer Tabitha.

ditavonteesed · 07/01/2011 12:40

MarniesMummy · 07/01/2011 12:37

It's a winner! Just out there and edgy enough, but people ought to be able to spell it.

(Let's just hope she doesn't mind a lifetime of Bugsy Malone being sung to her!)

SirBoobAlot · 07/01/2011 12:34

Terrible.

theagedparent · 07/01/2011 10:32

I have a Tallulah and am most certainly not common x x

Deciduousblonde · 07/01/2011 10:28

Indeed...Bugsy Malone! I quite like it though, and there's plenty of nicknames to choose from too.

LetThereBeRock · 06/01/2011 22:57

I'll have that song from Bugsy Malone stuck in my head for days now.
