I think it sounds lovely, but agree it sounds like a nn.

As well as the suggestions above, could it be a contraction of Christine/Christina/Christiana or Katherine?

There is a Kizzie at my dd's school, although I have no idea what it's short for.

I do however, have to point out that dd's school is mainly populated with the offspring of hippies and "alternative" lifestylers (myself not included lol).
