Poppy Anne
Poppy Clare
Poppy Belle
Poppy Joy
Poppy Eve

Although I think a slightly longer middle name would be better

Poppy Hannah
Poppy Annabel
Poppy Clara
Poppy Katherine
Poppy Elena

Friends DD is Poppy Caitlin, not sure as that goes perfectly but it does suit her! I do agree with the other ladies a formal middle name would be better! x

Agree with Plonker, either make it worthwhile or don't bother - 3 syllables at least. You don't have to have a middle name.
or
Poppy Dot

I agree that Poppy sounds better with a longer muddle name

Poppy Elizabeth
Poppy Lucinda
Poppy Francesca
Poppy Eleanor
Poppy Genevieve
Poppy Evangeline

Although do like Poppy Joy

Is there a reason that you need it to be a one syllable name?

I think with a name like Poppy (and I have a dd with a name with a similar feel ...) you need to have a strong, formal, 'grown up' middle name.

Poppy Alexandra
Poppy Elizabeth
Poppy Isabella
Poppy Annabel
Poppy Meredith
Poppy Margaret
Poppy Helena

One syllable name suggestions:

Poppy Hope
Poppy Joy
Poppy Kate
Poppy Grace
Poppy Claire
Poppy Niamh
Poppy Tess

Miranda has three syllables but I think it goes well with Poppy.

Then there's
Belle
Blythe
Brynne
Maeve
Wren
June/ Jane/ Jean
Jade
Faith
Hope
Joy
Faye
Ruth
