Our Maia has a one syllable middle name - not my favourite, but named after DPs best friend...

It still applies. Myar isn't a great name, sorry. I would assume the parents couldn't spell Mya or Mia

I don't want i to pronounce it mia though. Prefer Maya, and I know a couple of mia roses already, though I agree it flows nicely.
