Do you think Samuel is boring?
I have been thinking about it a lot, but it is quite popular.
What do you think of Samuel?

No I like it, I would not make any assumptions about a Sam/Samuel before meeting them. It is a name for all walks of life, races, classes.

I don't find any names boring!

Compared with your other recent suggestions, yes Smile. Nothing wrong with Sam though, just quite commonplace. Has the same feel as Ben or Tom to my ears (or Steve or Mike as adults).
