Lucas, Arthur, Sebastian, DD tomorrow!

Trying to decide between Lucas, Arthur and Sebastian but also open to new names... concerned that Lucas is a bit boring, Sebastian is becoming very popular and Arthur is too old-fashioned! Arthur is my grandfather's name so lots of meaning but just worried it is an older name. Sebastian is my husband's favorite but we seem to hear it everywhere.
Any suggestions/new names welcome! Thanks!

Arthur is quirky for wee ones.Sounds cool.

Sebastian-sorry,no.Too Tory-MP-ish.

Arthur is fab! Arthur is timeless and dignified and doesn't have Old Fart connotations as far as I'm concerned. Arty or Art are lovely nicknames for when he's younger.

DH veto'd Arthur and I am still sulking. Sad

From you list I love Arthur, I also like Kingsley and Elisa. Don't really like Sebastian or Lucas.

Thanks for all of this... we may wait to see what he looks like! I do really like Elias - another idea is Kingsley but wonder if that is a bit pretentious...

My 4 week old ds is called Arthur, I know not many people like it - noone except my mum and my nan have ever said "Oh what a lovely name" or the like, they only say "Was that your dads/grandads name?" (it's not) but I don't care because I love it.

I like them all, Arthur is nice with the nn Art or Artie/Arty.

Lucas is nice will be shortened to Luke obv but still really nice.

Sebastian i really like with the nn Seb.. Smile

Arthur is on my list - i like it and think if it had a personal connection, I would definately go for it!

I know an Arthur who is in his early 20s and have always thought that it was a "cool" kind of name. I also like Lucas, but that is becoming very popular. I don't like Sebastian, sorry.
