Lion for a boy

I love the name Lion for a boy but would it cause endless embarassment for the child?

Also love Luan, but is Luan a girl's name?

You have too be careful with babynames
I have posted before that my friend used her great grandmothers name for her daughter- her name is Uglina!
She is plain to top it all

If you have other DCs you could call them Giraffe or Hippo maybe...

I'm thinking there is a general consensus here.

Lion is just too silly, I agree - specially when you could choose Leo which has the same meaning, and is SOOO stylish and cool, I love this name at the moment.
