I love both of them
Do you prefer Hannah or Anna
And what about Louisiane

I prefer Anna to Hannah.

I like Louise and Louisa, but Louisana is a bit too much.

Anna Louise is beautiful.

I love the name Anna, wanted it for DD. But, IMVHO if your name is Anne then Anna isn't really an option it would seem that you were naming her after yourself. I know people do but, frankly, I think it's a very odd thing to do.

I like Louise but it is a wee bit dated, how about Louisa?

NormanNorris · 18/07/2010 14:09

Anna! Louise is so dated to me!

I love Annabeth,
my name is Anne, and I love Anna, Annie, but it's a little bit to close of my name.
The father like Anna.
May be we are close to find a name if the baby is a girl.

Anna is beautiful, my friend just had a little girl named Annabeth and I wasn't sure at first but now I love it and it suits her so much!

Hannah is nice but Anna is a lovely name on it's own. Not as keen on Louise but it makes a nice middle name!

pinkgrapefruitjuice · 18/07/2010 09:33

Anna or Anne, both lovely
Louisa is nicer than Louise

Haliborange · 18/07/2010 09:32

I think Anna is increasing in popularity atm, but that's because it is a nice name. It's still nowhere near as common as Ella/Isabella/Bella/Grace/Esme/Ruby etc.
I don't like Louisiane, it sounds both frilly and made up.
Agree with Ladymetroland re Louise. It's very middle-name-1975.
I do like Louisa though.

Anna is a classic, and quite underused these days. I love it. Hannah is also very nice but I'd go for Anna if it were me.

Louisiane on the other hand is not good! She'd spend her life having to spell it out. Sounds like the American state. Louise is a bit blah imo, but that's because almost everyone in the 70s had it as a middle name
