New Airbnb rules

Just read an article on sky news about Airbnb hosts no longer being allowed to demand that guests do any ‘chores’ during their stay.
no dishes, no stripping the bed before they leave, not putting a load of washing on(towels and bedding) before they leave or having to take out the rubbish
just curious what peoples views are on this

It’s fair enough, the cleaning charges are often pretty expensive and some hosts are quite unreasonable in what they demand from cleaning. Hopefully most decent guests will still clean up after themselves.

They charge the same as hotels where I don't have to end my stay by cleaning up after myself so I don't see anything wrong with it. Will be a pain for the owners and they will probably increase their proice though.
