Itchy spikey crawling skin. Its horrendous. HRT EVRI CONTI has this helped anyone?

Honestly my skin is driving me insane.

Started getting itchy etc two weeks ago.

In past few days it feels like insects are crawling over me and it's spikey and burning and itchy. It is dreadful.

No prescriptions re creams have helped.

Started hrt EVOREL CONTI today. Has this helped anyone and if do how long did it take please?

Exactly the same boat here, exactly what your are describing, been on HRT for a month it started about a week ago. I read it’s your skin reacting to the influx of hormones going back into your system after dwindling away during peri, a bit like getting itchy skin during pregnancy (influx of hormones) I have started drinking much more water and this seems to have helped, don’t know if it’s a placebo or what, but it was driving me INSANE.

Only started the hrt yesterday to hopefully help with the itch.

Could tear my skin off me. Such a weird horrible crawling sensation.

Am hoping htt will kick in soon!

I get this just before a hot flash and usually drink a glass of iced water to cool myself down. I also get a flush of anxiety at the same time. I try to think calm thoughts and that helps a lot.

I assume you have ruled out liver and kidney (and any other ominous) causes for the itching?

Oh my itching is constant.

Pretty sure it's not my liver or kidneys causing this.

Only started my hrt yesterday so hoping itching disappears soon

Not sure about Evorel Conti (whatever that is) but using Oestrogel HRT definitely reduces the itchiness of my peri-menopausal skin. It was a couple of days before it lessened, I think.

It helped with a raft of other symptoms too.

Honestly feeling like I'm going insane with it.
Also super sensitive nipples......like when you first get pregnant!

Hot flushes. Aches n pains.

But the crawling skin is the worst right now
