Clothing depreciation is crazy unless you have something ultra rare.
I work in fashion and we struggle badly in offloading old stock. We're talking 95% off and still sitting around for years. The full price you see at the start of the season is very much the negotiation starting point and nowhere near the item's market value.
Essentially the moment your bag no longer comes directly from the retailer, unless it's out of stock and hard to get, the price drops 50%+. If it's in perfect condition, you may have a chane at that price.
However, if there is a lot of offering of the same time, the price drops far more. I have resorted to buying jeans exclusively on Vinted, as I get £250-700 pairs for a tenner - so much offering.
People generally do not want to pay more than 35 for anything on Vinted. I buy designer fashion on Vinted regularly as the bargains are amazing and there are some rare titems to be had, anything over 200 has usually been listed for close to a year, I still have many lovely items in my faves prices at 70-300 that have lots of likes but still unsold after 2-3 years.
Vinted is a cheap item focused, lower trust marketplace, also due to the 'no returns' default.
At that price point, you're more likely to achieve a sale on eBay, but it'll take longer.
If you're selling a popular style, you will sell only if tbroadly aligned with the market lower end. Stella McCartney Falabellas on Vinted are a good example of that - some go very fast, other sit there for ages due to price. People do compare side by side a lot.
