AIBU to be annoyed by a neighbour’s very loud car exhaust?

Somebody who lives nearby has a car with the loudest exhaust! It wouldn't be too bad if they got in their car and just went. It's the fact they sit in it for a few minutes with the engine on which then wakes people up 😬 Same on a night time. They come home and then piss about.

Yep we have a neighbour like this. He couldn't give a shit. He lives right next to old folk bungalows and they are terrified of him. He also has just acquired a quad bike which is even louder. He's a nasty chav who likes to throw his weight around
