Ok, so hubby and I were watching a bit of Paw Patrol with the little one as a treat (for him, not us) and I noticed how Skye [sp?] always seems to get called out on missions whilst the rest of the pups are seemingly on rotation.
I understand she's the only female pup (Zuma's a boy, right?) and it got me wondering whether Skye is maybe being taken advantage of because of that. First of all, it feels as though she's there as a bit of a box-ticking exercise (5:1 boy:girl ratio - come on!) which causes me some concern, but the greater issue is whether she's being called on constantly because she's just so bloody good at her job or, alternatively, if it's a case of her being overworked / taken advantage of because she's female while the other (male) pups get rests in between their working hours.
This then led me on to question whether they're salaried, on zero-hour contracts, or are self-employed. If they're salaried, I think Skye is being thoroughly shafted... And that's before we know whether she's being paid an equal salary to her male peers.
In response to your question: no, I've never touched drugs.
