AIBU to think I'll never find myself again?

Sorry if this is a bit of a long and multifaceted one. But will I ever find myself again? I know this is a common mom problem and that it can take years, but I really need advice. The first part is my body, which I feel is never going to be the same. Was it the fittest pilates matcha drinking girl? No, but I wasn't a chunky monkey either. My boobs are hanging lower and my belly just won't go. It's not awful but it's still something I think about on a daily basis. I know the female body changes after kids, but am I meant to jsut accpet it or AIBU to think about booking a consultation lol? I've seen about liposuction, fat transfers, and tummy tucks. Not in that order but it's what I'm researching. I've found the Creo Clinic which isn't actually too far from me, but still. I'm still looking and thinking am I being stupid or is something like this a good idea? Second point is my life...I feel like I will never get it back in the same way. I absolutely love being a mom but I don't want to lose my identity to it. Again, anyone felt the same to that? What do I doooo??

How old is your youngest? Do you get enough time in the fresh air, walking?

I don’t do the gym but I am sure other posters can advise you on getting your figure back better than I.

You say you have lost yourself. Is there anything in particular you would like time to do? I couldn’t wait to get back on a horse! I also try to get to a theatre matinee once a month with a friend or on my own. It feels like something I am doing just for me.

The time passes so quickly, things will change again soon, but do try to carve out some time for yourself.
