Anyone else constantly feeling dizzy?

I know there's loads of illnesses about at the moment, I don't have the traditional cold but DD and DH had it a couple of weeks ago.

But I've been feeling permanently dizzy and nausea/off balance for over a week now and I'm so fed up with it!

Anyone else??

I agree. The first thing my GP did was to test me to rule out symptoms of a stroke.

Book a GP appointment it could be anything. I had the dizziness and off balance symptoms a few years ago ,turned out to be high blood pressure. So dont presume anything just go to GP and hopefully nothing to worry about ,but none of us can diagnose you online x

Ask your GP for prochlorperazine. Very useful in the short term. Hope it passes soon.

You can use Stugeron travel sickness tablets (active ingredient cinnarizine) in mild cases but I have been prescribed 6 times that dose by my GP and referred to ENT re Menieres disease. I have prochlorperazine but only to keep for when its really bad.

If it's been going on for weeks you should probably your GP.

Oh no I hope it doesn't last 4 months! I did have the cold about two weeks ago, I wonder if it's left over from that.
